After the destruction of Soviet Union was raised the old Russian flag in December 1991 on the Kremlin tower in Moscow. Czar Peter Great after the visit of the Dutch kingdom in the year 1799 introduced the change of Dutch flag into the flag for Russian business ships. Their colours were used by other East European countries when the returned to the Russia in the 19th century because of the help in the national freeing rebellion. Since then are called pan Slovak. The white symbolizes peace, cleanness, virginity, perfection and freedom. The blue symbolizes stability, peace and faithfulness. The red symbolizes energy, power, blood od overspill of the motherland and absolute government.
